Reflection and Rest

Our culture is always on the move. The word “rest” is a foreign concept for most people. In our weekly worship experience, we take Psalm 46:10 to heart - “Be still and know that I am God.” To close out our services, we take Communion every week, and reflect on the love and sacrifice of Jesus. Then we enter into a time we call “Selah”. In it’s Hebrew translation, Selah means “pause and reflect”.
